Gold Ring with Onyx
A gold locket from a 1942 opera singer's dressing room treasure box.
This miniature ring was once a component of a 1928 Parisian opera house's gilded balustrade, its gold plating worn to a soft sheen by generations of glove-clad hands. Tatjana Kreiner has reimagined the salvaged metal, marrying it to a luminous black marble cabochon, its surface hand-painted with a delicate, swirling pattern. Now, the ring glimmers as a miniature testament to the ornate beauty of a bygone era.
A miniature gold ring featuring a large black stone centerpiece.
