Weathered White Rock Ring

A fossilized sand dollar from a 1910 beachcomber's basket.

This weathered rock, once a fixture in a 19th-century ornamental garden, has been reborn as a miniature sculpture, its rugged surface subtly accentuated by the presence of a naturally occurring brown ring. The rock itself remains unaltered, its surface bearing the scars of years of exposure to the elements, while the surrounding environment has been carefully distilled to a simple, unadorned presentation. Now, the rock serves as a poignant reminder of the beauty inherent in the unassuming and the overlooked.

Antique ring made from weathered white rock featuring a distinctive brown ring.
