Antique Button Drops

A 1905 opera house curtain tassel, discarded after a fire in 1942.

This miniature pendant is crafted from a pair of buttons that once adorned the uniform of a 1920s Parisian railway conductor. The original buttons, with their rich purple and red hues, have been carefully preserved and paired with a delicate silver chain, allowing them to now suspend from the neck as a subtle yet eye-catching accent. A small fragment of glass, salvaged from a broken perfume vial, adds a touch of subtle shine to the piece.

Glass button earrings with a silver chain, featuring a pair of intricately designed purple and red buttons.
