Red Christmas Tree Scene
A 1947 London phone booth's crimson glass pane.
This miniature winter scene was once a 1920s-era apothecary cabinet door, its rich wood grain and ornate carvings now repurposed to cradle a diminutive Christmas tableau. Tatjana Kreiner has preserved the door's original patina, adding a delicate, hand-painted Christmas tree, tiny presents, and a sprinkling of snowflakes, all crafted from salvaged tea set ceramics and intricately arranged to evoke a sense of holiday wonder. The result is a captivating, self-contained world, inviting the viewer to step into its tiny, festive realm.
Salvaged ceramic miniature Christmas scene featuring a red and green decorated tree in a Victorian-style parlor setting.
